You will need:
4 tablespoon of carrier oil Light olive oil, coconut oil or grapeseed oil work well. 4 drop Lavender oil 4 drop Frankincense oil 4 drops Lemon oil
Store massage oil in a glass dropper bottle and away from direct sunlight.
Place about 3-4 drops in your hands and gently rub them together to create warmth.
Gently massage the baby's feet in a circular motion. Don't forget the toes!
Incorporating this in your baby’s bedtime routine is an excellent way for the both of you to unwind and take in the relaxing properties the aromatherapy has to offer.
Lavender

Lemon oil helps improve circulation, assisting in the detoxification of harmful pollutants your baby may be exposed to. Lemon oil also stimulates the immune system by increasing the production of white blood cells.

Repeat this once or twice a day for general immune support and 2-4 times a day during illness.
